Paleolithic age in Haryana

The history of human presence in Haryana dates to 100,000 years ago. Archaeologists discovered cave paintings and tools in Mangar Bani hill forest in May 2021; the cave paintings are estimated to be 100,000 years old.

The Mughal Empire

The three battles of Panipat took place near Panipat in Haryana out of which 2 of them took place in the Mughal Period=

1.    The first one took place between Babur and Ibrahim Lodi.

2.    The Second one took place between Akbar’s General Bairam Khan and Hemu.
